So how big is the bye for EW right before they play eupora? How big of an advantage?
It's a huge advantage. Not only is it an extra week to prepare but it's also a Thursday night game so that's one less day for Eupora to get ready. Works out well for the Wolverines

Yes, I can see that now. I was told at the beginning of the season by someone that they were all on the road in division play. Not sure why or if I'm misremembering that. My apologies.
It's at EW last regular season home game
Hmmm, that must have changed recently. I remember talking to coach Wilson before the season and seeing the schedule and they didn't have a division game at home. I must have been mistaken then.

I believe it's at Okolona if I'm not mistaken? Regardless, big division game for both teams. Check that, HUGE division game. EW has to come to play. Okolona will be ready.
Is there a name do you see a lot of times while covering high school football?
Typically depends on which team I'm covering or watching. Name that keeps popping up A LOT this season is New Hope's Brenton Spann. He's been brilliant at tailback for the undefeated Trojans.

Gonna be a tough test. Belmont is no push-over. Since it is homecoming though, I like their chances.

Solid win. Rushing game continues to improve game by game. I like the Ruckers and Taylor Franks and what they bring to the table.

VERY impressed. Still think they're a playoff team that has a chance to make it to state. They're that good.
Prediction for Aberdeen vs Nettleton?
I like Aberdeen by a good amount. The way they throttled Corinth shows me they're getting it together.
What is your opinion on nettleton softball?
They're a perennial power. Doesn't matter what year it is. They've always got big bats and impressive pitching. That hasn't changed this year.

Solid win. JZ George is an up and coming team so overall it's a good win. Shame that it may be EW's last home game of the year with that silly division scheduling!
