Predictions on 1a state champs basketball this year boys and girls

Gotcha. Right now, it's really a toss up on the girls. Any number of teams could win it. Right now, I'd favor Ingomar but it could be anyone.
And in the boys, I'd be surprised if Shaw doesn't repeat. They were super young last year and are still very good this season. Area teams that look good that could challenge are Houlka, Falkner, Tremont, and West Lowndes.

Probably my boys from Baldwyn. I haven't seen them in person yet this year so I'm excited for that game against NA. I'm really interested to see that Columbus-Holmes Co game. LOT of talent on the court for that one

How do you make a guy start to care about you? Or love you

That's a great question. First off, don't force it. Guys will be able to tell when you're trying to hard and you can scare them off easily. Second, be interested in what he likes to do and how his day goes. I know many girls that I've dated only cared about themselves and never asked how my day was. Us guys are simple creatures with simple needs. If you ask us about our day or take an interest in our lives, that means everything. Or at least it does to me. That should get you started in the right direction!

How do I know what my hearts telling me to do? How do I follow my heart?

That's the Million Dollar question. I think everyone's heart speaks to us in different ways. Sometimes, we stupid guys think with our gut which is never a good idea. Pray and meditate on what is best for you today, tomorrow, and forever. And go from there.

So do you think i should keep trying with a guy who treats me terrible?

Well when you put it that way, absolutely not. But I can't make that decision for you. Go with what your heart or God tells you to do.

Thank you for the help. And do you think if it's meant to be for me and him then it will be? Or do you think me not fighting for him when he treats me bad could ruin our chances. Meaning my future.

You are more than welcome. And I'm not sure I can answer that for you. It's not my place. I can give you advice on how to go forward but I don't want to be the one who says yes or no. That is up to you. I will say that praying about tough decisions always helps me. Just spending time alone thinking and praying about something difficult in my life makes it easier. I hope that it helps for you too.

I know that's true and I'm sorry to bother you with this. I just don't know how to get over him, we go to the same school and it hurts me everyday to see him and know we aren't together. I just care about him a lot and would do anything for him and that scares me. I don't know how to get over him

It's quite alright, you aren't bothering me at all. I hope I can help. The best way for you to 'get over him' is to be around your close friends and family as much as possible. Try to be as active as you can. I know the first time I got dumped in high school it was the worst feeling in the world. During that first week, I just played basketball constantly and spent time with my family and friends to help me through it. And I had to see her all the time as well at school. Trust me, it will continue to hurt for a while. But going through these hurtful times only makes you stronger and tougher for your next (hopefully last) relationship. Don't put too much stock into guys at your age. There's so many things that change when you are 14 years old that it's so difficult to try and find someone to be with forever. I know I could never see the girl I dated when I was 14 be my future wife, but she's also an actual lesbian now so that's another problem in itself. Oops. Hang in there, it will always get better and find something fun to do!

baldwyn or new albany this Saturday?

I'm really excited to see this game at the Hot Bed on Saturday. I'll be there for the whole Classic at NA and I'm intrigued to see how the Bulldogs do with a team like Baldwyn. I still like the Bearcats to win out but this may be their toughest test for the rest of the year.

I'm 14 years old and me and this dude have been a thing for a year.we don't date or anything just close but he wants to have sex. I know he doesn't talk or treat any girl the way he treats me I can really trust him.But can trust him to not leave if we do have sex? We also want to get married someday

First and foremost, you should not have sex before marriage. Period. That's my belief.
Second, if you do decide to have sex with your significant other before marriage then please think on it before you do it. I don't think doing that at 14 years old is the wisest choice. It's still very early in your life for you to give your virginity to someone and while you say you want to get married someday, do not use that as an excuse to have sex with your boyfriend. If he is not with you 100% right now, then there's no way you can trust him fully 100%. Remember, guys (me included) are downright idiots when we are in our mid-teens. We make stupid decisions and change our minds constantly. Do not sacrifice your future for something that satisfies something in the short term. I hope this helps.

I'll answer just about anything that's on your mind, doesn't have to be sports necessarily. Sports is my area of expertise, but I dabble in poetry, food, and movies. Also relationship advice. I'm good at that, I think?

He has not. I do not have that spiritual gift to write. I think we all have our own spiritual gifts that we have been blessed with. One thing I feel God has given me is the ability to pray for others, hear their thoughts, and discern what to pray for. But that's just me. We all have our own gifts that we use to glorify God!

You are right, humans did write the Bible. Many humans had a hand in it. But Moses, Paul, John, etc. they were not just humans. They were called by God to write His words.
Check out 2 Timothy 3:16 - "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness." Those words written by the authors of the Bible were not their own personal words. They were the words of God. The Bible was written by humans, but it's God's vision that he put on the authors' heart to follow.
For that, I have zero doubts that heaven is real. If you want a real life experience, check out "Heaven is For Real" the book. It's an amazing illustration of a little boy's visions of seeing heaven. It's quite extraordinary.
