What athletes from East Webster do you know of?

My favorite is Peanut Rieves. He may be small in stature, but he packs a punch. Deangelo Liggins is one of my favorite athletes. Jack Wilson, Mack Hollenhead are a couple others from the football team. Does Quantesha Patterson still play for the girls basketball team? Because she's really good. I remember watching her the last two years thinking she's got some skills.

What players do you know from Hebron?

I know Justin Gordon well since I covered him as a soccer player at Starkville. I'm starting to learn more and more about Landon Hill. I know some of Collin Moore as well along with Taylor Simmons. The older guys are the ones I know the most about.

Would you say Corinth has progressed greatly since the beginning of the season or has your opinion always been they are a contender for 4a north from the start?

I knew they were always a contender in 4A North, but still the progression they've made from the start of the season has been excellent. Spence and Williams have been top-notch running the ball and even with a sophomore QB the Warriors' offense hasn't skipped a beat. It has been the D that keeps them as a contender.

I said Forrest County AHS and Lafayette at the start of the season but I think Ripley is my team to come out of 4A North right now. It's still wide open.

Buddy football made plays like Johnny manziel during his junior high season and earned the nickname buddy football because of his extraordinary instincts, running ability, and golden arm.

I see. Well, I'm eager to see how Buddy Football grows. He's only a frosh, I assume he's got a bright future.

I never discount the Dores come playoff time. So yes, Lafayette still has a chance at Jackson. 4A North is still fairly wide open but getting past Ripley, Corinth, and Noxubee County won't be easy.

what you think of Jaquavious Sangster at Louisville

I think Jaq has a bright future. He still needs to fill into his frame but I think he can be the next best Sangster that goes through Louisville.

I've only been here for 3 football seasons so my knowledge on the Hebron Christian football's past is limited unfortunately.

North Pontotoc probably has the best secondary in the county but all 3 are still developing.

Wats your thoughts on number 20 from north pontotoc

Jordan Ware? Undersized defender but he plays hard. Always has his nose in on plays.
