Well the fact he played a significant amount as just an 8th grader this season should tell you everything about his potential. Great athlete even though he's young.

What you think about Drake Wallace?

I've liked Drake ever since I got a chance to watch him last year. He just has the look of an athlete. Strong build, good speed. He's been super reliable at the plate and better in the field for baseball but I really like watching him showcase his abilities as a receiver. He's tough to stop in 1on1 situations.

Can hatley come back in game 2?

Absolutely. They've got to get the bats going and they can't afford to make that many mistakes in the field or else EW will win Game 2.

Thoughts on the EW and Hatley baseball game tonight??

I didn't expect EW to win that easily honestly, but the floodgates opened late and errors continued to compound and hurt Hatley. Tigers can't commit that many errors/mistakes and expect to win but if EW continues to pitch that well and keep Hatley to 0-5 runs they've got a great chance to win Game 2.

Welp, they've got to win tomorrow night at home to keep the dream alive. For Hatley to win they have to make it into a slugfest. That's their best way to win. I can't say if I think they will or won't but I think they have a great chance to advance.

Don't know much on specific stats so that would have to be a question you ask Andy himself!

Best smithville baseball player

I don't like singling out the "best" player from any team but that senior class of Neil Knight, Micah McCain, Cole Williams & Kyle Noe are so big for this team. It's a very talented team that's up against it tomorrow night.

How will SHS be with coach mitchille leaving??

I really don't think it's going to be a huge loss. This team will be in great hands with the coordinators and assistants they have. This is a senior heavy team once again with immense talent. They'll be just fine.

What do you think about Baldwyn baseball next year

They will be young and miss having Ryan Wesson on the mound. Conner McKay will have a lot of pressure to play at his best in basketball AND baseball next season.

Who do you think wins the EW hatley series???

I thought this was a dead even series to start. Really it's two completely different teams. EW wins with small ball and Hatley wants to destroy the ball. I expect it to get to a game 3 where the team that makes the least mistakes will win.

Upcoming sophomores for booneville softball?

I'm assuming upcoming sophomores mean they were freshmen this past year? If so, Caleigh Grace Scroggins stands out and has a very bright future.

How do you think Bruce will be in football?

I expect them to be much better next year even with the graduation of guys like Jay Johnson & Jamar Brown. They were decimated by injuries last season and if they stay healthy they have plenty of potential.

Who are some of the best athletes in baldwyns senior class

Honestly the entire senior class of Baldwyn has some tremendous athletes. Looking at any of those basketball guys + Jacob Turner, Ozzie Price, etc.

I don't know Louis personally, I can only speak of his abilities on the field. Maybe you should talk with him about that or not hide behind anonymity.
