What do you think ab south pontotoc next year?

I think they'll continue to improve under Coach Bradley. This year was going to be a transitional season but they should be better next year and compete for a playoff spot.

Do you cover junior high sports

Sparingly. We cover high school sports prominently and for those in junior high you have something to work and aspire for when you get older!

Do you think hamilton has a shot at state in fastpitch

Definitely. Smithville will be their biggest competition (again) but I certainly think they have a great shot to win it all in fast pitch.

Who do you have winning 4a in football?

I've got Noxubee County beating St. Stanislaus in my bracket. Tigers have really come on strong late in the season. I think they've got what it takes to bring it home.

Your opinion on J Bradley.

I think he's one of the most electrifying players in our area. He's so much fun to watch when he has the football in his hands and he's dangerous when he gets in the open field.

what do you think about Cal?

Caledonia? Enjoying one of their best seasons in school history. Great to see Andy Crotwell get his team to play up to their potential and win huge games. They have another huge one this Friday to start off their playoff run.

Top 3 qb's in 3a?

I'll copy and paste my answer from another question for you: North Pontotoc's Caleb Nelson and Aberdeen's Josh Williams are way up there. They've had great seasons from our area. But for my money, Jamarcus Bradley from Choctaw County is the best QB in 3A because of his incredible running ability.

How's Bruce's basketball team gonna be this year?

Hopefully they'll build off last season and be better. I think they have a shot at being .500 or better.

Are you coming to EW's basketball tournament Saturday?

I may be going down to Wesson for EMCC's State Championship football game but if things change I'll be headed that way!

now that you have seen the season who are your to 3 CB in 4A

DB's are a little tougher to make for a top 3. I can tell you that Noxubee County, Ripley and Corinth have some super tough DB's. Houston's Denver McQuary is way up there too. I think he has 8 INT's. this year.

How do you think Hatley boys basketball will do this year?

Probably a year away from being really good. They have a really strong sophomore and junior class this season that will get them to big things in 2015-16. I still think they'll be better this year though.

Do you think Smithville baseball will win state again this year?

I think they have to be the favorite to do it again. Losing Tyler, Derrick and Drew will certainly hurt but the Noles have a super strong senior class this year that's ready to repeat. Will? Not sure. Can? Without a doubt, yes.

do you think delta football teams are overrated?

I wouldn't say overrated. I prefer to say they have been "unchallenged". I think they have potential but they haven't played the rigorous schedules of some of the teams around our area.

How far do you think Amory girls soccer will go this year

Not quite sure yet. I think making the playoffs definitely helped their confidence going into this year.
