How do you think amory slowpitch will do this year since they went to state last year without any seniors? Think they'll go back?

Yeah it sounds like you just answered your own question there. No seniors and everyone returning should tell you everything about the Lady Panthers next season for slow pitch.

have you heard of the 8th graders moving up to high school next year for baldwyn baseball?

I haven't yet but I'm sure I'm going to hear quite a bit about them next season with the Bearcats being a young team returning.

What u think about Josh Smith tupelos 9th grader that played varistey?

I didn't get a chance to see much from Josh this past season but from what I've heard he's got tremendous potential and is still growing into his frame as an athlete.

What do you think about the EW senior class?

They're few in numbers but the make up for that with their passion for the game and how hard they play. Derek Jones was great in hoops this year, Brock Flemings is a beast in the trenches in football and Braden Harrison is just an all around athlete. Can't forget about Deangelo Liggins in football either. It was a great class.

Thoughts on ingomar vs smithville?

Really going to come down to whether or not Smithville can manufacture runs against Ingomar's tough pitching. Falcons just don't give up many big scoring innings and the Noles live off of those. So that's the key matchup in my opinion. I think it's going to be a phenomenal series.

Do you think Louis Lettieri will go to the next level to play ball?

I haven't heard if he's gotten an offer yet so I'm not sure but he definitely has the capabilities to play at the next level.

Upcoming star players for Tupelo High

I think Nick Ratliff has the potential to be very good with his size and power. Tucker Whitenton also has top potential to be very good for themblankets.

How do you think Calhoun City is going to do in the upcoming football season?

I think a lot will depend on how their offensive line comes together. They graduated a couple big fellas up front and since City runs the ball so much a lot of their success will be if they can move the opponent in the trenches. I think they have the potential to make a playoff run with Brieton Sykes returning but Jojo Gray will be a big one to watch at QB. By the time he's a senior he should be very good.

Thoughts about Blake Goodin

He keeps getting better and better on the diamond. Gradually improving and starting to become a quality ball player.

What did Jerrod Ramsey do for the Calhoun City wildcats this year in baseball?

I don't exactly have the stats in front of me so that would be a good question to ask Jerrod himself!

What's your opinion of Louis Lettieri from Hatley?

I really like Louis. He's a solid, clutch hitter and he's great in the field. Just another big piece to the talented Hatley puzzle

Haha that was Darius Bryant I believe. I caught him at the best moment with him doing some dancing work on Tuesday

Thoughts on the Hatley and EW series next week?

A battle of two very different teams. Hatley wants to score and score and score while East Webster wants to play small ball and work situations to win. It's going to be a great series of contrasting styles

Should the noles take Hamilton tomorrow to take state?

It sure wasn't easy tonight! But I think they'll be favored to finish it off tomorrow since it's at home but Hamilton is going to bring it!

How was the east Webster and Eupora softball game tonight??

Well the first few innings it was extremely competitive between both teams and very entertaining. But EW brought out the big bats for the later innings and pulled away. Eupora was not far away from staying in that game tonight.

You must not have been keeping up with me too much recently. I've been pretty vocal about how high I am on Amory this upcoming season. Check back on my previous answers!

Eupora seniors were fun to watch all year! Eupora is gonna be loosing a lot next year, don't you think?

A ton. Some major leaders and incredibly talented guys. One of the best classes to ever come through Eupora in my opinion

Do you pay attention to cheerleading at all?

Not much unfortunately but we do our best to give our cheerleaders the spotlight when we can just like this week when we featured New Hope's Brooke Lancaster

Thoughts on east union and east webster game 3?

It's going to come down to whoever makes the fewest errors and mistakes will win. That was the difference in game 1 and it was big in Game 2. Situational hitting will be a big part of the game tomorrow night.
