What do you think about Aberdeen and their new coach this year?

I still think DeenTown is getting used to their new coach and system, but man do they have some athletes and some players. If they can stay healthy and tap into their potential, boy watch out for the rest of the year.

What do you think about SA football this season

If we're talking Starkville Academy, I really like what they got. This is their last real big charge before they have to reload again in the coming years but they've got athletes and big players all over the field.

How you think Baldwyn football will hold up this year

After watching them the first two weeks, I think Baldwyn is legit. I've been skeptical about them the last few years since they play in a weaker division but defeating 2 3A teams in back to back weeks pretty easily shows they are for real.

Ugh I'm sorry. I'm still here. Football is driving me into the ground. Okay, let's get to some questions!

What do you think about Amory football this season?

I really think Amory is going to surprise some people this year. JJ Jernighan showed he can be a capable backup last night but they need him to be an athlete and someone they can spread the ball around to. Getting Z back is priority #1 right now for Amory. With him as a starter at QB, then Amory could be a legitimate challenger in Region 1-4A.

Thoughts on keshon heard from Hamilton?

I think he's gotten so much better from last year to this year. His straight line speed is better than anyone in the area. But his quickness and his elusiveness has really improved with the ball in his hands. I like him a lot and he's got amazing potential with his speed.

How do you think Hamilton slow pitch softball will do this season?

Should be strong once again as they have been in recent seasons.

How do you think heritage football will do this year

I'm optimistic with the new division and some of the new competition this season. Michael Ledbetter returning will be huge and the Pats have some other good pieces returning. I think this could be a fun year for Heritage.

Opinion on smithville softball team? Who's their biggest competition this year?

They're going to be strong once again, but they do lose a stellar senior class. Their biggest competition will once again be Hamilton. 1A North goes through Smithville & Hamilton.

How well do you think Amory's softball team is going to do this season with the second baseman out?

I mean they still have everyone else returning from last season so I don't anticipate Amory having a down season this year.

who do you think will show out this year in Hatley fast pitch?

Ashton Wright is poised for a huge season i think. She's big time. Also Katie Carter and Maci Farrar could do something big.

How do think Hatley's football team will do this year in 3A

I think more so than any other year they're more prepared for 3A competition. With what they return, they will be ready for it but 3A is a different animal than 2A. There will be some growing pains, especially in division play but I expect Hatley to be very competitive and a tough team to beat.

Who do you think will be Calhoun city's QB this year?

All indications are Jojo Gray is going to start, but I wouldn't be surprised if Jaalen Thomas may get some snaps since he's so quick.

How do you think Michael Roberson and keshun Roberson of Calhoun city will do this year in football

I think both are poised for big seasons in their final year at City. Expect both to be big on defense and get some carries on the ground this season.

Thoughts on Jacob Feaker from Hatley?

Jacob is an all-around athlete that can do a little bit of everything. He has great size for his age. Still growing into himself.

Who do you think will win the Skuna River Rivalry this year?

Hard to go against Calhoun City with their recent track record but I'll say right now it's going to be extremely competitive and should come down to the 4th quarter.

Bruce baseball how they gonna be? Having 9 seniors

Yeah you just answered your own question I think. Having 9 seniors will be big since they've been young the last two years. This is their season to make a break through.

What do you think about Calhoun academy's qb Scott shankle

I like Scott. I think he's got potential to be a great leader for CA and one of their best players. He has to stay healthy for the Cougars to be a threat in the playoffs.

How do you think Bruce's softball team will turn out this season?

I think they'll continue to improve. Last season the showed some signs of getting better and I think they'll continue that this season.

What have you heard about Rye Mcglothin and Tyler Murphy in baseball?

I've heard that they eat their boogers and smell their feet every day. Baseball wise, they have great potential.

Very early NBA finals prediction for next year?

Oh goodness. Right now, I'd probably go with the Spurs and Cavaliers. I think San Antonio got stronger than GSW and no one will challenge the Cavs in the east. I think the Spurs will win as of now.
