Choctaw county or forest?

Probably Choctaw County's biggest test to date. While Forest isn't as strong as last year, the Chargers still need to come to play and show up because next Friday they get Philly at home which is a HUGE game for them. I like CC on Friday by a TD.

What oak hill players have been dealing with injuries this year?

I know one of the Riley brothers has been dealing with something and that was a huge blow. I can't remember any other specific names but I know some injuries have come up for OHA.

What happened to bruce this year. Everybody talked like this was their year.

Injuries have really hampered their progress I think. Not having continuity in the trenches has definitely hurt as well. I think Wesley Ross is still getting used to taking over the QB position this year so that may have hurt a bit too.

how do you feel about the Ethel @ French Camp this Friday? who do you think will come out with the win?

FCA should win easily. Not too worried about that one. Panthers nearly defeated Pelahatchie last week, which would have been a huge W but they're moving in the right direction towards the postseason regardless.

do you think Hatley will make the playoffs. they have won only one division game and next two are at New Site and Easy Union.

They've got a great chance. The Mantachie win was big and that got it started in the right direction. I think the East Union game will decide the 4th and final spot.

Hatley and New Site is at New Site on Friday.

Ahhh it is, then I would probably give the edge to New Site. They've looked pretty sharp as of late.

How do you think the falkner and smithville game will turn out?

That's a tough question to answer. I think the Coldwater game flipped this division on its head because we were going towards a Falkner-Coffeeville division decider. Not so anymore. It's the Pirates division now, and everyone else is chasing for 2nd. This game will decide a LOT, but if I had to say right now I think it will be a low-scoring game where the team with the ball last has the best chance to win.

what do you think the outcome of the Smithvile vs Hamilton softball game will be?

I have no idea honestly. It could go either way. My mind would say Hamilton since they won last year but it really is a complete toss-up!

Thoughts on Hamilton Football?

Playoff team. No question. Next 3 are HUGE tests. Will determine where they land in the seeding line.

Bruce was a little overrated before their season started...

I'm not so sure about that. I think that we rated them where they deserved: as one of the top teams in 2A North. Injuries have hampered their promising season but I still like the talent and skills they have.

What did you think about the oak hill canton game?

SUPER impressed. I know OHA has been dealing with injuries and tough stuff all year but the way they played Friday showed they can beat anyone in MAIS AA.

Are you disappointed in Mantachie's season so far?

Wouldn't call it disappointing because the Tach lost so much from last years historic team. We knew it would be a transitional season so knowing that I think I expected a drop off but only way to go is up for the mustangs.

Noxapater vs Nanih Waiya this week. You coming? Also, what's your predictions?

Oh you know I'll be there for the Cross Creek Rivalry. I like NW but this game has seen so many crazy outcomes regardless of the records. But I still think this is the Warriors' game to lose.

Walnut or baldwyn?

I'm gonna go with Baldwyn but Walnut has been really good this year and they have some athletes that will keep up with the Bearcats. Should be a great game

Is houston going to make the playoffs?

If they beat West Lauderdale this week, then it appears they'll have a great shot to get in, yes.

East Union or Mantachie??

Truly a toss up. I think EU has a better chance at the W but I could see it go either way.
