Was you suprised by the outcome of the Smithville/Falkner game? Since everyone had falkner picked to win?

I wouldn't say surprised. I knew Smithville could win. So the scoreline didn't catch me off guard. What did was how impressive the Noles' offense was. If they can get that kind of production the rest of the year, you better watch out 1A North.

The only momentum Rosa Fort has is having a dirty scared ref. poor judgement calls, and bad sportsmanship. Now, if ripley acted like as wild as they did... They would have been suspended instantly.

Now, now. That game is in the past. Time for Ripley to focus up on the present. Use that loss as momentum to dominate.

Best players from Pontotoc city ?

I really like their running back Jon Hall and Colton Bramlett on D. Those two guys get after it. They're young but the Warriors are a tough squad.

Who's gonna win Pontotoc @ Itawamba ?

I think Itawamba will get the win but Pontotoc is beginning to play very well. They've got some great momentum and their young guys are starting to believe.

Leake vs oak hill?

I'm timid to take Oak Hill with their loss from last week but I'm a believer in Coach Merchant and the Raiders. Gotta rise to the occasion this week.

I agree. I don't think East Union is as good as 'TheTach' but I think it will definitely be a hard fought game.

Gotta slow down the Urchins' rushing attack to beat them. Walnut could, we'll see if Mantachie can.

It definitely could happen. I wouldn't call it a setback for Baldwyn or Walnut at all. Just a little bump in the road. It's a major boost for the Tach winning a division title but focus on getting past East Union first before looking ahead.

Is this possible: Walnut defeats Baldwyn tomorrow. Mantachie beats Walnut next Friday. Does that give Mantachie the division if the points add up?

Good question, I'm not exactly sure how that would figure out with the 3-way tie. I need to brush up on my 3-way tie rules.

What athletes do you know from baldwyn football team?

Duke Upshaw, Corbin Scott, Laquintez Upshaw, Devonta Gates, and Martel Brown. MOst of those guys play hoops, that's how I know them since they play both sports.

Who wins division baldwyn or walnut tomorrow?

My money is on Baldwyn. Walnut's quarterback is out with an injury so I'm riding the Upshaw's to a victory.
