Obviously you didn't keep up with the Lady Eagles this past slow pitch season because their slow pitch pitcher is ballin. Definitely the best on the team
I was more so talking about fast pitch with the Lady Eagles but yeah they've undergone some major changes lately that I wasn't up on
Allie Steadman and Sarah Grace Wade aren't apart of the Lady Eagles anymore. They both left the team.

Robby, first I want to say East Webster softball loves you. 2nd all of y'all girls can keep talking but talk gets you nowhere. But playing your heart out does. Like it got us a ring in fast pitch. Go wolverines.

Josh Byrd for Bruce? #58 Defensive End. I'm guessing he should make a great comeback season after tearing his ACL in the Skuna River Rivalry.
Yeah we didn't get to see much of Josh but he's in that mix of players that I'll expect to see much of next season
Allie isn't playing for Smithville. She graduated early and is going to ICC.

Which sophomores from this past season from bruce should we look out for next season?
Bailey Nix is the big one. He had a great season on defense. The sophomore class really needs to step it up next year for Bruce.
What do you think of the Tremont eagles and lady eagles basketball season this year?
I think they've had a respectable start to the year. Pine Grove is going to be very tough to get past in that division but they're a team I'm going to be watching out for down the road.
Key players on Calhoun city baseball team?
Chakel Gates and Jordan England are your two big ones. I anticipate those both being a big reason for City's run towards a 2A State Title. They have a great shot. 2A North is loaded.

I did not know that. Wow that's a big deal. I still like Eupora a lot and that only makes Smithville even stronger.
Watch out for Walt Maddox next year! He'll be a sophomore for the Trojans
Of course. Can't forget the Maddox clan from Bruce. Wiley was outstanding for EMCC on the line this past season.
Isaiah Howard or Chris Blackmon?
Oh man, that's a tough one. If I had to pick I'd probably go with Isaiah but Chris put up video game numbers this season so it's difficult to choose either. Can I have both on my team?
Do the Lady Eagles from Eupora have any talent on their softball team?
Yes indeed. Allie Steadman is gonna be a star for the Eagles this year. She had a pretty impressive offseason and that senior class as a whole has been pegged as the class to lead the Eagles back.
Mantachie fastpitch softball this year?
Should be better than last season I think. I expect the Lady Mustangs to have a winning record this season.

Thoughts on the Starkville Academy Lady Vols Basketball??
It's a different team this season without Maggie Proffitt, Tiffany Huddleston and Anna Lea Little. But having Sallie Kate Richardson and Nora Kathryn Carroll will continue to keep this team in the running to repeat as State Champions. I know they've been a little slow out of the gates, but once the chemistry improves I think Glenn Schmidt's squad will once again be contenders for the title.
Which freshmen from this last season do we need to look out for next season for bruce? Football by the way
I'd keep an eye on Cameron Clarke. He may be in line to be the next starting QB. Fisher Ray I think is going to be the next big thing to come from BHS along with Jatravis Freelon and Jordan Glaspie.
Who do you think the Eupora eagles top Softball Athletes are? And baseball?
Just about everyone from the upcoming senior class for the Eagles on softball are very good. Obviously Allie Steadman, Hai-leigh Hodges and Sarah Grace Wade are the ones I pick out. In baseball I look to Corson Gunn and Trey Pittman as the top guys.
Top 5a north baseball teams
New Hope is my #1 no question. Oxford is a close 2. Lewisburg is going to be very good again this season and so is Saltillo and Center Hill I feel.
Bruce softball this year
Only 3 seniors depart from a decent team a year ago so I think there's good enough reason to believe that Bruce can be a good, solid team again in 2014.
