I think they've had a solid season thus far. Could be better but their senior class is helping them lead the charge this season.

Top 3a teams in baseball? And what players are most pivotal for their success?
Right now 3A is so far up for grabs it could be anyone in the mix to be the top team. Although I will say that from our area Nettleton, Mooreville and Water Valley have looked very solid this season.
Who are some good pitchers in 1a baseball so far this year?
Ben Cumberland has been very good for NW thus far this year. French Camp has a couple solid pitchers as well.

You really think smithville can go to state again in baseball? They just got beat by pine grove!
I wouldn't put much stock into non-division games. Especially those played on Saturday early afternoons. The talent the Noles have this year should have them a favorite in 1A north again.

Who is good at Amory softball
I think their sophomores and juniors have plenty of potential. They'll be very good next year. This year is somewhat of a rebuilding season going for next year.
I got a hundred dollars on it that smithville wouldn't be amory again
I would put that $100 towards a college fund or donate it to charity. Better ways of using that.

I love Trey Pittman at Eupora. Cory Murphy at Hatley is having a good season. And I always enjoy watching Brock Flemings pitch at EW.

I don't ever do rankings for players because that's unfair for the kids that are on here. I will say Wesley Ross, Bailey Nix and Josh Bryant are having superb seasons along with Fisher Ray & Cade Clark

I think they're still getting into a groove with their basketball guys coming in and playing but I fully expect them to be in the heat of the playoff chase by the end of the year.

Drew Moffett and Clay Pearson are the two guys I've seen who have some potential in that junior class for Hatley.
Best pitching rotation in 2a so far this year?
I'd be inclined to go Eupora with Trey Pittman, Rusty Johnson, Lawson Stewart but man Bruce has some arms in their lineup. I may side with the Trojans.

I couldn't go against my boys from Swamp Vegas. They're the reigning champs for a reason.
Young players to watch this year in Smithville softball.
Honestly just about any of the freshmen or sophomores are exceptional and really great to watch. Olivia Roberts has been outstanding. Angel Guyton and Katie Beth Williams are also young stars to watch.

What do you think about Mantachie baseball?
They've been up and down this year. They've shown they can score but other times they go cold at the plate. They definitely have the potential to fill up the scoreboard though.

I don't do top 5's for players. That's unfair. I will say Ashton Wright and Maci Farrar are having great starts to the season.
