Haha. My mistake. I know what you mean. I used to do 16-hour video game marathons most of my week when I was in poly. Now, I can't play 15 minutes without getting distracted and restless.
I think it's normal that as you grow older you sleep earlier and wake up earlier too. Today I woke up at 650am naturally. A friend of mine hitting 30 soon sleeps at 10pm everyday now. Many friends my age start feeling sleepy between 10-11pm too. You can say the body is getting used to the regular hours of a job, but I read a few times that teenagers are naturally night owls and shouldn't be waking up so early in the day. In fact, they need more sleep while undergoing puberty. About 10 hours, if I recall.
Don't see it as your youth seeping away. It's just the natural order of the body. Roll with it.

I sleep on average at 2am, waking up between 6-7am. I try to keep 5hrs of sleep everyday, since that's what the Army recommended back in my days. I should actually be getting 8hrs of sleep on average.

It is largely that.
There certain more minor cues one can notice that improves their 'gaydar' but these are really just social cues. Their gaydar may not work in a backwater village in Africa, if we want to give a very extreme example.
