I understand that Mount Kinabalu is considered sacred but to be charged with public nuisance under court orders is simply ludicrous. What happens if you need to relieve yourself or change your clothes ? A mountain is unlike a temple or a mosque. How will superstitious go hand in hand with law?
I think local customs and culture should be observed, that's a fact. What's the difference if a culture revers a mountain alike how others revere temples?
