If you play LAN where do you usually go?

I used to go to the one under Concorde Hotel. I remember my ex date and I would hit that shop often to play Battlefield.
I don't go to LAN shops anymore. Not many gay guys play games other than Dota.

Is there such thing as 'medium-profile'? This is a serious question. Any real-life examples?

I think we should all simply stop propagating this make-believe status of high/medium/low profile. I've answered a question regarding 'high-profile' a couple days ago at length. Might want to take a look at that.

well you should make a "Who Is Audi?" or a "Intro of Myself" kinda video where you tell people about yourself so they wont judge you. Like if some say you have fake accent just say you grow up in an International sch and you dont speak much malay and all...

Over the years I've come to realize that there is no use putting out stuff like that. The more you say, the more information you put out, the more ammo you're giving critics to use against you. People will hate regardless of what you do. I find no need to explain myself and get people to like me.

do you think your looks and voice match?

Not at all. My inner voice is quite distinct, but nothing like the one that comes out of my mouth.

Have you ever made out with guys in clubs?

Of course. I had my havoc time back no less than 5 years ago. After my last relationship though, for some reason, it's difficult to get me to make out anymore. Making out somehow feels more intimate than sex.

Do you believe that places can be haunted?

Haunted is a very strong word. Haunted implies evil and malicious intent.
I believe in the idea of spirits, or residual energy. I believe in other logical dimensions we are not and will never be aware of.
I've had a few encounters with 'spirits' that have made me wonder and reshape my thinking about existence in general. Maybe we share the same space in another dimension and the dimensions cross just enough we cross over and vice versa. Maybe to them we are their ghosts. Maybe these really are residual energy entities caught in a time loop they can't escape out of.
Whatever it is we probably share the same space with spirits all the time, and some spaces have a thinner barrier between two dimensions that crossovers happen more often that we think it's haunted by evil. I was taught by my mentor that as long as your soul is kind and gentle, 'evil' spirits won't get to you. Law of attraction, so to say.
I like to muse about stuff like this.

I find you unique, with that accent of yours (and many other things). Don't ever think of changing it because people says it's weird just because your accent is different from theirs. We should all embrace our difference and not try to fit into the social norm just because we are different. Loveya<3

It's pretty strange isn't it, how much I preach about being confident in yourself yet I have this bugging me.
But hey thanks for the kind words. The accent/voice/twang does bother me somewhat and I do change my manner or speech depending on who I'm speaking to so that does draw criticism sometimes when they hear me code switch. Even in the video if you notice I'm consciously controlling my pronunciation, jumping over hoops trying not to slur and speaking loud. It's a mess. I don't normally say 'ask' as 'Eh-sk'... more often it's 'ah-sk'!

Will you give a nobody a chance to get to know you?

Please never think I'm a somebody. It doesn't rub well on me to hear that. We all have just as much to learn from each other. The only time being somebody matters is when you're looking for a job.
To answer your question, feel free to speak to me.

Any advice to those people who want to get to know you but feel a bit insecure & intimidated to approach you and say hi?

Quite a difficult question to be honest. I'm rather careful around strangers in general. So I'm not sure. When a stranger comes up to me in a bar I quickly judge them by their opening line. I guess over the years I got tired of people coming up to me wanting something (free entry, free photos, free fuck).
But you know what, maybe all this is wrong. Maybe I shouldn't be so guarded. You brought up a good question. I guess you can come up to me anytime at the bar if there's a chance. I like to have good conversations. Maybe that'll help? Of course, I'll take a note not to be too quick to judge strangers from now on.
And hey if that still doesn't help, the easiest is through any of my friends if you know them.
I can't be THAT intimidating right?

We once exchanged numbers. I changed phone and lost your contact. Could I ask for your contact number again?

If by now you still haven't gotten my number maybe we aren't really in contact in the first place. There are many avenues to reach me online already.

What types of questions do you prefer not to answer on ask.fm?

Private ones, those aimed to drop gossip, name throwing, generic ones, copy pastes, sexually revealing ones, sexual soliciting, and those that are obviously trying to dig out information. Stuff like that.
I like questions that need me to think or speak about my experiences in more difficult matters.

Thoughts on Roy Ngerng?

I really dislike that guy. But I can't help but sympathize sometimes. I hate how him and his entourage are the typical activist stereotypes who believe shouting in anger and throwing big legal buzzwords represents liberty and democracy. They don't pick their battles. The few rational points they make are clouded by this frustrating anger and personality they carry along with them. It gets lost in the mix.
A part of me also wonders how much of it is a personal vendetta or insecurity. Maybe doing this somehow validates their existence. Maybe this gives them some sort of purpose in their lives.
I just hope he sees it in him that the biggest barrier blocking his agenda is himself. There's only a certain amount of anger and aggressiveness anyone can tolerate before they write you off.

who are your favorite (but you never met in real life) people you follow on instagram and twitter?

TeeJay Hughes. He's absolutely adorable! Ive grown quite fond of him the past couple years. He publicly came out of the closet recently and I was that close to tears. I'm really happy for him.
I dreamt about him last night, and couple times once in a while. It's funny how that can happen.

Do you count calories?

Recently after I started taking my gym routine seriously did I start counting. I saw how addictive it could get, and how much of a negativity it brought to my mind. It doesn't even seem healthy to do that.
So I've placed more trust in a regular good diet, and a routine. As long as I keep in mind the general points, I think it's fine.

Any advice for a 27-year-old who has been unemployed for 2-3 years?

Get a job. Any job. Don't get stuck in that loop where it feels like 'this job isn't good enough for (you)', or it isn't something you want as a career. I was there. A lot of us were.
You need to keep moving regardless. You need to stay active. Eventually you'll have an idea of what you'd like to do. You'll have better chances of discovering what you're good at, or what interests you that you never knew about.
No matter how small the job is, have pride in it. Take it and own it. No job is too small for a big man.

Did you qualify for JC?

Nope. I think I had 28 points, 8 of which was from my combined humanities because I overslept and had only 20 minutes to do what I could. Funny enough that was the one subject I really studied other than maths.
It was something I really needed to score to get into film school but somehow I got in through the interviews,

Do you have any non-blood-related korkors, didis, or godbrothers?

No. I don't believe in that. It's so.... old fashioned. There are a few friends I love like a younger brother but I don't feel the need to watch over them like a hawk. Let them live and path their own ways in their life journey.

I think the problem is the rhythm. Why do I feel like you're reading off a secondary school oral reading passage.

I don't know. Maybe because I didn't actually plan what to say. Hey I ain't very smart okay.

Omg I just watched the interview for OCH film and you were like so shy when you were introducing yourself. So cute!

Hmm? I don't remember doing any interviews for the movie.

How do you ask someone out if you don't know if he's gay or straight?

I won't ask until I've thoroughly did a background search on him. By that, I mean ask around for information and stalking online.
Anyway, if it's nothing romantic in nature I'll just call him out and ask if he wants to hang. A little bit of online chatting helps to figure out what the common interests are.

I really love your voice! Ever since I first heard it on haunted changi <3 <3

Haha thank you. I remember we had a hardcore critic on a Hardwarezone forum totally against the movie but he pleasantly pointed out my voice. Surprised you guys even caught it. I appeared less than 3 minutes in front of the camera for the whole movie.
