Off the top of my head I would say protection for freelancers. They're the biggest group of trade professionals at risk of being taken for a ride. They don't have really have an efficient safeguard once shit hits the fan, and with most of them being either small teams or one man show, getting involved in a legal tussle is time consuming and expensive.
Funny enough they're a growing number in the professional workforce. Just the way the world is moving now. Last I heard though the government is working out a new policy to implement that'll give freelancers more protection against rogue clients.
