Actually it's more a practicality than to show off my waxed legs. My work in the studio is pretty active and long pants tends to get in the way too much. Shorts allow me to move faster and stretch further. Otherwise I'll feel restricted.

About a month or two. It's not like I turned into a model but skin elasticity, radiance, and lesser scarring (spots) were the obvious ones. It's pretty basic science. More water = more pee = more toxins out of your body. I even had lesser outbreaks of itchiness, which I'm prone to cause of sensitive and dry skin.
Was actually quite an eye-opener how dehydrated most of us actually are but don't know it. You know that feeling like your mouth is itchy but you really don't know what you're craving for? You need water. It's less about the new-age medication hipster nonsense online these days but more of getting your basics right.
Oh I forgot to mention. VEGETABLES. Eat your damn vegetables. That helps a lot too.
