The question on age gap. My 2-cents. I think the age of your soul matters more than the physical age itself. I find myself communicating oceans with some older guys with few words while an ocean of words leads nowhere for the others. To put it bluntly.The age of the soul matter more.
I echo this perspective. What I look in a partner doesn't lie in his age, but in his character and mentality. I've met 36 year old guys who still think like they're 14, or have incredibly narrow minds that they cannot see the grays between blacks and whites. It's a huge turn off.

This one guy had hyper sensitive skin. Every other touch at his over-sensitive parts made him seriously uncomfortable and he'd yell and push me away hard. We couldn't do anything. Absolute rubbish. There are plenty of instances I've witnessed amongst friends where their friendship is entirely platonic. Some you could say are examples of gay bromance.

Look around you and you'll notice that maybe even your relatives have an age gap of about 10 years or so. It's pretty common.
