Have you thought about Skyping and/or having Google+ Hangouts with your fanatics, ORRRRRRRRR do you fear they will track you down and steal your popped-corn after beating you to a pulp with your own shoulder helpers of morality?

As a new atheist I seem to have a hard time letting go of certain phrases such as "thank god" I am quite certain no god exists, but this kind of terminology has been ingrained in my speech from my youth. Did you have a similar experience? What do you say in its place?

I say that shit all the time.
I even still talk about a god in a metaphorical sense.
you don't need to replace it, it's cultural language.
I find it cringe-worthy when people say shit like "thank the universe" or "thank spaghetti"

In terms of the upcoming federal election, are you going for the Conservative, NDP or Liberal party?

it doesn't matter because my fucking city elects liberal every time and there is never a contest.
but last time I voted ndp and I may again because I love the leader. I would like to take him out for a drink.

"feminism sounds great on paper but there is a lot more to it than equality... some of the agendas spear-headed under that label have been detrimental to everyone" Such as? And couldn't this be said about just about anything? IE sometimes science has been used to support racism?

Science isn't an ideal or a movement or an identity
the same can be said for anything that fits those three catagories

do you know what the fallacy is called when you only notice the coincidental moments like, for example: rainbows happen, lightnight happens, but if lightning and a rainbow occured at the same times you'd say "wow, that can't be coincidental, that must have intent" i call it the hit and miss fallacy

that is begging the question

no, dawkins has said similar things about himself.
