sulfasalazin you take to increase levels of pge2 and decrease pgd2, although this increment is very subtle is it correct? how long you used it? I suppose you've stopped taking it since you are already applying Seti.
Yes it's a mild interaction. That's why I coupled it with sunburns. The combo is what makes it worthwhile. I think I used sulfa for 4 months? Yes I've stopped now.

does your new hair keep growing and filling in? I'm inclined to credit the most part of your achievement to the Follica protocol, LiCl/wounding, your UVB exposure.. since you had no seti nor pge2 aside from the comparatively poor substitute you found in castor oil and through sulfasalazin.

Adenosine hasn't really regrown any hair. Plenty of people on PHG use it. What it does do is thicken the hair shaft so it's great for people with diffuse hair loss.

Swiss, I have never taken an anti-androgen before but am ready to try.2 years frontal/temple receding, not much crown stuff. Any advice on whether I should try fin or dut first? I would go straight to dut. Be warned though that you will shed more hair than normal for up to a year. If you can't accept your hair looking like shit during that time then don't use it. But if you stick through it you will be rewarded.
What's a good ratio to use between castor oil and vehicle? Half and half? More vehicle than oil? Need to start using alcohol, I can't stand being oiled up all day anymore.
Depends on what vehicle you use. 30% vehicle works good for me.

Yes with a normal vehicle it stays local. Just don't go overboard on penetration enhancers.
Hey swiss! So, I'm nw2.5 and want to go nw0. My regimen is fin daily, ketoconazole x3/week dermarolling weeky, 3 ml oral castor daily. Ordered LiCl last week. Should I get miconazole too? Is this enough, or do I need to take care of pgd2 too? im a student, so seti too expensive.. Is sulfa safe?
You do need to take care of pgd2, it's the master lock that prevents regrowth. Sulfa has been safe for all of us who tried but check the wikipedia page and read the side effects.
Hi Swiss , I am going to add stemoxydine to my regime and use 1ml at the hairline , I have also got dinoporost 10mg/2ml. I want to add this straight to the stemoxydine which will last 90 days. Do you think the dosage sounds about right? Also will the solution be stable for 90 days? Thanks swiss
10mg? No I think you don't need more than 100mcg/ml. I don't know if it's going to be stable, depends on what vehicle your dinoprost in. I believe it should be fine if you only have dinoprost powder which you put into stemox which is ethanol/water. Store in the fridge.

Check the purity. A good supplier will have a spec sheet up showing an analysis. You want as little impurities and heavy metals as possible.

before I saw your blog I was using sucra until last month with spiro things were going ok then I added cet and mixed these 3 in a bottle and then with some gains on the temples I starte shedding real bad so cet is not useful right but I suspect sucra's longterm effects on egf, so what do you think
Check the german forum alopezie.de they all lost hair from cet too. Would not suggest anyone to use it.

Not many guys are actually doing the full protocol. It's a bit of an investment with the derminator the lamp and so on. And applying castor oil daily is messy and annoying people (me too actually lol). Some have gotten stop of hairloss. Some have grown vellus.

Prostaglandin wise beard hairs are exactly the same as scalp. PGD2 bad, PGE2 good. Your easiest and best bet is castor oral and/or topical.

Would you say that taking castor oil orally is 100% safe (especially for teenagers)? Because while I am not sure of the exact function of prostaglandin e2 in the body, I do know that it supposedly induces fever in the brain, which surely is not good. What is your opinion on this? Thanks.
It is not PGE2. Ricinoleic acid is an agonist for PGE2EP3. Yes it's safe. But you will grow body hair so, especially as a teenager, I don't know if you're ok with that.

What do you take if you believe your follicles are sensitive to ALL androgens? Would Dut, RU and the prostaglandin protocol (seti + pge2) still work, if for instance your follicles are sensitive to test? Is that even possible to still lose hair?
Well in that case you either have to block the androgen receptor or pgd2 receptor. Your choices are:

I read that you used to be on Fin than later changed to Dut. I am interested in changing to Dut myself too to thicken my existing hair. However I have heard stopping Fin cold turkey and starting Dut at once can cause more hair loss. They say you have to blend them in when you begin. Your opinion?
No that's not needed. You can start dut right away. I've seen many guys on PHG do it.

Finasteride will probably not help you at all with the temples. I was in the same situation many years back. Well there is a list in the new section I made. Have a look. As where to buy them. I will not post links. People already claim I am selling stuff when I am clearly not.
