Do you believe you can obtain the same results by wounding, applying pge2 in a vehicle then applying setipiprint? I could purchase the same wounding device, buy pge2,buy seti and that's all I need? Any clue as to how much of each I need and how to administer? Thank you!

Well that's 3 angles taken care of, you're forgetting hair progenitor cells though. You could take care of that with topical Lithium Chloride or topical VPA. Also I hope you're not planning to buy your Seti from Kane, that guy is a scammer.
But, yes you got the right idea. As for how much and how often to apply the stuff, that'll be in "The Prostaglandin protocol" section once I finish writing it. There was a similar question a few minutes ago.

What do you think about Follicept?

They may be experts at their skin delivery stuff but when it comes to hair they are total amateurs. IGF1 is a growth factor nothing else. These guys suffer from the same closeminded approach as most people on hairloss forums do. "If I use one growth factor I'm surely to become nw0". Nope lol. If it was that easy it would've been done a long time ago. Hell if it was that easy all the bodybuilders abusing growth hormone (which causes a huge flood of IGF1) would be nw0.

The only thing I do to mantain my hair is finasteride and is working well, but now that you found a way of regrowing hair I'm hoping that I can do the same on my temples. Do you think you can write a step-to-step procedure so that I don't do any mistake? I'm very excited with your results!! TY

Yes I will write step by step instructions in "The Prostaglandin protocol" after I explained the theoretical approach. I'm going to write two ways for people to choose from: An easy and cheap approach, the one I started with. And an approach with harder to get substances that I see as the perfect solution.

What's your take on Cetirizine (either topical or oral)? It's obvious than Setipiprant is the real deal but for those who couldn't get into a GB, would you recommend using Ceti in the meantime to fight PGD2?

It's total rubbish. Ask the Germans on alopezie.de, they mass-trialed cetirizine and many ended up worse than what they started with. Stay away from it.

Is there any topical that you avoid the moment after wounding due to e.g. increased absorption?

I wound once a week, usually in the evening. I wait until the next day to apply my usual topicals. Straight after wounding the only thing I'm using is a tiny bit of Lithium Chloride (LiCL) to activate WNT and progenitor cells. This is similar to what Follica is doing.

Is oral castor oil more effective than topical? Didn't you mention something in your blog about regrowth in areas where you didn't apply any topicals?

Yes Oral castor is stronger but it causes hypertrichosis. I had to start plucking some unwanted hairgrowth around my eyebrows, my beard filled in, bodyhair in general became longer and darker. It's a bit annoying but nothing you can't fix with a razor/tweezer. :P

I read in your post on HLT forums that you thought topical spironolactone cream was useless. Care to elaborate as to why? Studies back it up as at least a moderately effective treatment for AGA in terms of androgen-blocking ability.

When used topically the receptor binding affinity of Spiro is poor and short lived (that's why it's only sold as a cream). Products like RU and CB are immensely more effective and can be used in a liquid vehicle.

Hello Swiss, since Castor Oil is not exegoneous PGE2, can i use miconazol and a few minute after castor oil with dmso ? Or is it a bad idea ? Thanks

You've read my article well. Yes indeed, the ricinoleic acid in castor oil does not compete with PGE1 since it's not real PGE2. Make sure to clean your scalp of dmso residue first before you apply the miconazole.

Is the castor oil you use cold-pressed? If so, is it pharmaceutical grade too? (Usually stated as castor oil BP or castor oil USP depending on the country)

Yes it is. Wrote a bit more in depth about this in a former question. Have a look. Also not going to answer further questions about castor quality anymore I think that's covered now.

Is there a difference between expeller-pressed and cold-pressed castor oil? Can I buy expeller-pressed and will that work just as well? Ricinoleic acid should be present all the same, no?

Just as with most oils, the less processed the better. In your case cold pressed is superior to expeller. Since ricinoleic acid content in castor is almost 90% though I doubt there's going to be a huge decrease. But with castor being so cheap, why not spend a few bucks extra to get the higher quality stuff?

Based on the theory you've been working with, do you think someone who's totally bald (NW6 or NW7) could regrow a full head of hair? It would be an interesting experiment for someone at that stage to try your method.

Yes absolutely. There's no difference between a nw1 and a nw7, their bald zones are both locked with PGD2 expression. One just has a bigger bald area than the other. Would be fun to watch someone with that severe balding try it.

Why have you been banned from every forum? I recently got banned because I was curious about you, I guess defending you in a way. And i got banned. Why would forums not want your regime up? It doesnt make sense, wouldnt they want a possible, effective cure?

Not every forum, but a few. Many forums are selling products for profit. You the user are the customer, if you're offered something better that they aren't selling then they lose money. Many forums also use wordfilters to censor the names of other forums to further protect themselves from losing users/customers. None of the big places have their users best interests in mind. That's ultimately why I settled on the private forum PHG where it's just a bunch of guys with hairloss coming together without anyone trying to profit from one another. That's the only way you can ever achieve freedom and get ahead.

In your opinion how effective are anti-androgens at halting further hairloss? I know you're on Dut personally, do you believe it should be enough to prevent you from ever losing ground?

Great question. One that many people don't understand on the forums. The answer is that the genetic susceptibility to androgens depends on the individual. While DHT is the strongest natural androgenic hormone it's not the only one. Some people have androgen receptors in the scalp so sensitive that they even lose hair from Testosterone. In this case they need to block the androgen receptor completely for example with RU or CB, or opt for the deeper downstream damage control done by PGD2 which can be achieved with CRTH2/GPR44 blockers such as OC or Seti.
As for me personally, my hair isn't sensitive enough to get damaged by testosterone alone.

Will you post an update when you stop oral castor oil and comment on if it made you shed (and lose subsequent hair gains) or not?

Yes I'm going to post updated pics every two weeks or so. And I will continue to do so when I stop the PG protocol to see if my theory is correct in that an anti androgen alone would hold the results after regrowth.

Would you be open to share your documentations to legit researchers in the hair loss field like Cotsarelis and Christiano?

Haha, sure but I believe they're probably already aware of it. After all two angles of my four point protocol rely heavily on work done by Cotsarelis. It's unlikely he couldn't figure out the other two by reading what his colleagues have been up to and combining it. My approach isn't one easy to swallow pill though and I don't see it ever put into that form either. Especially since it relies on wounding in part which is somewhat painful. Your average customer just isn't dedicated enough for that.

Do you think that your regimen can bring you health problems? I mean, is it safe?

Answered this before too. I'm not a doctor. Some people are allergic to Peanuts, are Peanuts safe?

http://jdmoyer.com/2015/04/13/hair/ < have you tried this technique before as many have said it actually does work im asking as u said u have done all experiments involved in regrowing hair its worked for me however i was thining nd not fully bold also take oils i mentioned in my previous Q b4 this

I'm looking for actual regrowth not just thickening of what i still have. Good for him I guess but that's not what I want. Also I'm not going to answer any more scalp massage questions from now on.

u said u tried all methods iv known ppl grow some hair back even slightly in the temples with a technique using pinching and massaging the scalpas well as using a military boar brush to iratate da scalp iv seen results wth this and massagin with castor n argan oil u should try for mre growth

Scalp massages and brushes have been tried since the 80's and the results are pretty lousy. By all means try it if you want but I'll stick to chemicals.

Do I need to keep using castor oil indefinitely like minoxidil or can I stop using it once I'm satisfied with the growth results? Will I lose my hair gains or not as long as I'm on an antiandrogen?

I answered this twice already.

Do I have to use castor oil indefinitely for regrowth via PGE2 stimulation or can I stop using it once I achieve optimal results? (I'm on an antiandrogen as well if that helps)

We will see about that when I stop. I'm certain though once regrowth is achieved and the PGH2 balance restored away from PGD2 it's not necessary anymore.
