Since Prostaglandins are downstream from Androgen damage you do not need to use Anti Androgens. You will however need to take care of the deadly PGD2/PGJ2. And for maintenance afterwads you WILL have to either keep blocking pgd2/pgj2 or use an anti androgen. Depends on what you like best. You're not changing your genes, you can't. You're still prone to hairloss, prevention of *some* kind will always be necessary. So either pick up an anti androgen of your choice or keep inhibiting harmful Prostaglandins.

Wrong that "German user" was actually me and I wasn't using Seti back then. I just received my Seti a few days ago and will be using it now. As always public forums are mixing stuff up and adding and removing details from the truth as they please. Very annoying.

Castor and Seti topically are definitely good but you need to take care of the other angles too, such as mechanical wounding and stem cell replenishment. I will write about this in depth in "The Prostaglandin Protocol".
