when using the dermapen, do you use the 9 needle cartridge or the single needle? And at what speed?
9 needle because it's faster. And I use full speed.

Since you didn't have pge2 and only started using seti very recently, its effects through other indirect sources, sulfasalazine and castor oil.. should have been limited, so I'd suppose your results are due primarily to the wounding and LiCl, you agree?
I would not agree with that no. Ricinoleic acid is actually quite potent and from some newer studies I just read at PHG it might also inhibit pgd2 slightly. So I was using two substances to raise/mimic pge2 and lower pgd2.

Well it's a cox inhibitor. A pretty good one. There are conflicting studies, some say it inhibits pge2 some say it doesn't. I'd go with yes it does inhibit pge2. Hence suggest not taking it with sulfasalazine.

It's better to use minoxidil sulphate than trying to mess with that.

It seems to inhibit pgd2 but I don't know if it also blocks pge2. My guess is yes it probably does.

My question is; do i get any side affects if i use the combination of Castor oil, sulfasalazine, Setipiprant and Dermaroller plus indomethacin cream 2%.
Don't use indo it's a cox inhibitor and can completely kill your pge2 production. Literally sabotaging the sulfasalazine effect.

Yeah dermapens with their vertical punches will make it less likely to rip out hair.
Are you concerned with the half-life of exo PGE2 in skin (as it pertains to a potential pure PGE2 topical)? The serum half-life is 30 seconds and the skin half life is estimated to be about 10 minutes. It wouldn't be a constant release like we'd want.
Yes but it will create a huge spike. Bigger than all the PGE2 combined that your body creates in several months.
How the hell are you accurately measuring raw LiCl and Setipiprant in mgs?! Do you have a super sensitive scale or something? if so can you direct us towards it? thanks
I have a miligram scale. There's chinese scales that are accurate up to about 2-3mg. Personally I own a satorius scale now.
Hey Swiss love your work! I've noticed in previous posts you state that bleeding occurs when wounding. I use a 1.5mm dermaroller but only ever get a bit of redness. Just wondering if I'm doing it right and creating deep enough wounds?
Push hard and roll several times over the same area. If you're not bleeding you're not doing it right.

Regarding castor oil, how much do you take and do you take the pill form or oil form when using it orally? I just bought a small bottle, and the bottle specifically says for external use only. Also, does it give you extreme diahrea?
2ml, doesn't matter how you take it. Yes it does make you crap yourself if you take 5ml+
