This study is showing oleic acid can increase pge2 production http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26242710

Are you the same guy that just recommended Oleuropein? Guess we need to all start eating more olives lol. But no. Oleic acid is a precursor to PGE2/PGF2a. It doesn't however really boost the snythesis itself from what I see. It's more of a supplement than a drug in this way.

Because the Miconazole expresses PGE1 and you mentioned that is beneficial, and PGE1 displaces PGE2, how important is using Miconazole? I understand that it's applied at opposite time of day as PGE2 agonists, but since PGE2 is raised 24/7 by oral castor, primrose & sunburn, is Miconazole not ideal?

It's not very important it's just another very good growth factor. Beneficial, yes. Necessary? no.

Does Minoxidil also increase PGD2 ? I heard that it increases PGE1 , but what about PGD2 ?

No minox doesn't affect pgd2

Where did u get your sulfasalazine? Also, is LiCl safe topically? I bought some off amazon and its lab grade, where did you get yours?

From inhouse. If you use a pure LiCL, once a weak, at reasonable dose, yes it's safe. In the past it was even added to salt in the US but overconsumption can have bad side effects. That's why we shouldn't use it daily either. I got mine from a good ebay source.

Noticed any changes in growth rate/quality since adding sep?

Setipiprant? Probably too early to say. It keeps growing everywhere so whether it grows faster now, probably not. It's not a growth stim anyway.

You seem to be the master of online pharmaceuticals...Any recommendations for cheap, reliable online source for finasteride and dut?

Yeah inhousepharmacy is the way to go. I bought my fin and dut there for years. Now I got dut powder from the groupbuy. 20g powder for 400$. Will last me 60 years.

Swiss, would I have anything to gain from taking castor oil just orally, not at all topically? thanks!

Yes absolutely.

Hello, do you think it's safe to use stemox on temples...and rince it/wash it 15 minutes after ? Stemox appear to penetrate fast. Thanks.

Yes of course it's safe. You are right it does absorb fast, why then would you wash it off? The original l'oreal stemox vehicle is almost nothing but pure ethanol and some water.

Have you done much research on supplementation of neurosteroids and other metabolites blocked or down-regulated by Finasteride and Dutasteride? I'd be interested if anyone has created a hypothetical regimen aimed at this goal. Related study found here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26296373

You mean allopregnanolone and the lot? I did look into it yeah but never went all too deep since I can't notice any mental side effects from being on Dut. There have been a few guys on the PHG forum which have looked deeper into it, some have tried a few different approaches.

What would your advice be for someone who's had a transplant and is solely interested in maintenance? Is Finasteride, Seti, and 3x weekly Keto shampoo enough? This would be my preferred approach, adding PGE2 if absolutely necessary. Thoughts?

Are you not maintaining on Fin alone? In that case Seti would probably be enough.

Was thinking that this substance seems to have the hallmarks/effects of a PGE2 agonist. See link. Even to take systemically it's good for you.http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4462586/ I'm lucky enough to have university-licenced access to most research databases- let me know if i can assi

Hi, cool find. It would probably even get rid of some wrinkles since it increases igf1 in skin. But back to hair... it looks very interesting indeed. Quite a few positive hair pathways influenced from this one stubstance. One problem is safety since it was only used in cultured human cells and animals. Bit of a risk to use it systemically. Then again I just read that it's found in olives. The question now is, is it still save if we take an unnatural amount of it that we could never ingest from olives alone? Also it has a MW of 540 dalton so it's gonna be a bit hard to use topically. Maybe a few drops of dmso. Hmmm... interesting find overall! Thanks. Let me know if you find more.

I saw that nizoral lowers pge2 , so would you use or not Swiss? If yes how often? I have started to mix my nizoral with selenium disulphide shampoo.

Yes it does, the question is for how long does it do that? I used niz once a week in the past, hasn't given me any problem. If you want to increase your endogenous pge2, say with sulfasalazine, then you probably want to cut niz out completely or at least not use it daily.

Is minoxidil required as part of the protocol? Any alternatives for people who had negative side effects from minox?

No you don't need minox. I have never reacted to minox myself and I'm not using it either.

Magic Temples, so I want to buy Seti and PGE2, however, I'm not quite sure where does the groupbuy is going to get this stuff from. who makes it and what company? can you let me know, I like to join.

Well mine was produced in china and third party tested at another lab.

Can you forward us to an article showing a relationship between cd34 and dermarolling? Honestly, dermarolling is tough.

Not as tough as hairloss.
Wounding itself is releasing growth factors, it doesn't in itself upregulate cd34. However you can use lithium chloride together with wounding to drive up cd34. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19952356
An alternative would be using vpa daily (without wounding) or stemoxydine (=hypoxia which drives up cd34 too).

how much sulfa did you/are you taking daily? do you buy it from inhouse pharmacy?

Yeah I bought mine from inhouse. I used 1g at first then went up to 2g.
Now that I have my setitpiprant I'm going to stop it completely once I run out of pills.

Hey Swiss, have you found any resources showing that sucralfate blocks PGD2? I know it was mentioned earlier but I only see studies showing it increased PGE2, so is it really a replacement for Seti?

I answered this about 10 questions ago, have a look. Anyway the problem is that sucralfate is too big to penetrate skin. We would need it micronized and that is very hard to get, would probably need to buy it from china too. :/
