So how exactly DHT is related to PGD2?

Like this: https://i.imgur.com/ujqSDHS.png
People used to speculate that it's by an increase in COX2, that's also why many people tried COX inhibitors in the past. We know better now. We need to block GRP44 or reduce PTGDS (pgd2 synthase).

Hi Swiss! I have ordered seti and pge2 and just got the derminator and neogenic. Do i still need LiCL?

Try to get your hands on some VPA too if you can. Yes you should get some LiCL.

WHat uvb light do you recommend to use I wanna buy one. Also for how long do you use it? Thanks!

Any 311nm UVB lamp will do. Those are tested and used for Psoriasis for example. I do around 5 minutes per temple. Once a week.

Hi Swiss, Thanks a lot for all your efforts, we all apreciate this :) I'd mix LiCl with some water (purified water). As I have a diffuse thinning on everywhere (except from hair frontal line), how much LiCl (in mg) should I use after the dermarolling ?

I'd go with 20mg/ml then just make as much as you need. Use sparingly.

Do you think leaving castor oil on my hair overnight will result in any adverse effects? Should I just leave it on for 1-2 hours then wash my hair? thanks

Not for you but you're probably going to need new bed sheets. :D
The longer the better but yeah, we've got to have a life don't we? If you want to minimize exposure you can mix it with a penetrant. Alcohol, DMSO, pick your poison.

First if sameone makes high levels off pge2 and very low levels of pgd2 that will cause very low levels of Estrone and Estradiol. Did you check your levels from these Hormones? We know the problems that comes from low Oistrone levels.

Yeah I get blood tests every few months. Those levels are pretty normal in my case. You're thinking the pge2/pgd2 effects can be reduced back to Estrogen right? Not actually the case. There are several studies where PGD2 and PGJ2 directly arrest hair follicle growth (and blocks it from growing again) and PGE2 does the exact opposite. In fact PGE2 is so strong it can protect hair from radiation damage (cancer treatments).

If I use Miconazole, should I ditch Ketoconazole?

Nah should be fine just keep an eye on your scalp health. Especially how dry it is.

HI Swiss, I would like to ask some questions about dermarolling if you don't mind. Are you rolling until the scalp bleeds? Are you using some kind of anesthetics like numbing cream? How much of liCL do you apply right after wounding? thank you

Yeah, even more actually. I make sure I wipe the blood away and check if there's enough damage on the skin.
No anesthetic just bite your teeth and think about hair. About 10mg each temple.

hi, thanks you for your work on methods for regrowing hair. from where can i buy those products that you recommend?

I plan to make a list this week with the easily available stuff (ghetto protocol).

Swooping says the following https://www.baldtruthtalk.com/threads/19018-Setipiprant?p=219812&viewfull=1#post219812. So it is true?

I've adressed this before. He doesn't know what "carcinogenic" means. Read the archives if you want to know more about that. He's pissed that I revealed that he works for Kane. Watch him go apeshit over pge2 but then backstep once another user points out that according to his logic Minox would cause cancer lol. Again, he doesn't even know the basics of what he's talking about and trips over his own bullshit. Probably doing it on purpose so I waste my time disproving him instead of being productive. The only cancerous thing here is him making public forum people believe he has their best interest in mind while he literally gets paid to sell Kane products to them. Don't you dare touch that evil pge2! Keep buying RU for the rest of your life! :D

Don't want exaggerate anything, but if you get impressive results and keep them (more than 70% reversal), I would say you're a hero.

Lol thanks

Hi Swiss, first of all thank you for all your effort to heal the community! You think it might possible to create a section in your block where greatful applicants of your protocol can document and share their results? I think it might be beneficial to individual trial and errors. Cheers!

Heya. That sounds like a good idea actually. I can definitely make a category but it's up to you to keep a log and upload the pics. You can do that with Storify for example and send me the link https://storify.com/
So I would just make a category and list users + their storify links.

what do you think of Lithium Gluconate (sessderma sebovalisor) & Lithium Succinate rather than use LiCL? guys got sheds from Lithium Chloride. I read Lithium is toxic to sebaceous gland. LiCl inhibits GSK3 beta which phosphorylates the androgen receptor; and then androgen receptor becomes activated.

Yes I saw the study you're referring to. That's why I only use it once a week and only after rolling. LiCL is the most studied of the three, it's the cheapest and the one that is most easily available. Have you seen a study ruling out that Succinate and Gluconate don't cause the same effect? Because the one I saw only tested LiCL and not the others. Let me know if you find more info.

Hey, can some people respond better to dutasteride and if so, what is your take? or is it just the larger amoutn of dht being blocked out..

Yeah there's two kinds of people. Either your hair follicles are moderately sensitive to androgens and your hairloss is mostly due to DHT. Or your hair follicles are VERY sensitive to androgens and you still lose hair even from Testosterone alone. If you're part of the first group of people you will benefit more from Dutasteride.

Have any of your buddies at PHG following your protocol had success yet? If so, any pics we can see? You rock bro.

I haven't actually kept up with them I'm too busy trying to stick to my own protocol. Heard some good things but nothing to see yet. I think only one or two guys actually got the complete protocol, the rest are using bits and pieces. And I think nobody has even passed the 2 month mark yet.

Could you describe the hypertrichosis one gets with oral Castor oil? thanks

Your bodyhair will get darker and longer and grow faster.

Have you seen that study about peppermint oil 3% regrowing hair better than minox 3%? http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4289931/ I'm thinking of combining this with castor oil. What do you think?

Well I have now. :)
Looks like it upregulates some growth factor. Might contain an as of yet unknown prostaglandin agonist just like the ricinoleic acid in castor oil. Yeah I would try that if I was you. In fact I might add that to my routine.

The german new medicine from Dr. Hamer explains every desease and Dr. Hamer say that hair loss has it's cause in a separation conflict. Do you remember one just before your hair loss has started? Like a split up from a girl friend? More info here: www.germannewmedicine.ca/documents/skin-new.html

I don't believe in that. No I did not have a separation when I started losing my hair, quite the opposite actually. I was in a happy relationship.

It would be great to have one lotion which contains all the stuff needed. Addressing the skin penetration issue maybe you can contact Follicept as they produced a gel for skin penetration. I also saw a guy on a turkish board mixing everything together in a so called "Magic lotion" with great results

Jordan Belfort
That's nearly impossible to do since all of those compounds have different solubility and vehicle requirements. It might be possible to make a cream out of it but even then it would reduce the shelf life compared to unsolved compounds stored in the freezer. Follicept is only doing a single compound (IGF).
Yeah I've seen it. They use high dosed ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone acetate. I really doubt that stuff isn't going systemic. It has almost the same molecular weight as minox and we know that a part of minox too goes systemic. EE and CA are both amazingly strong compounds, I would not want them in my body in any amount at all. The pics aren't bad but somehow nobody who tried to recreate their results managed to do so. Granted I only talked to 3 people who did try it but still. Let me know when you find someone who has tried to recreate it with results.

Do you cover your head with anything after applying castor oil?

Not really, I just use it at the temples anyway so there's little risk to get it on anything. Maybe try a plastic bath cap if you're doing the whole head.

How effective would 250mg of sulfasalazine twice a day (500mg total per day) be? I'd assume much less effective, otherwise you wouldn't be taking such a high dose. I'll probably go with 500mg twice a day (1000mg a day), but I'm just wondering about a lower dose since sulf is quite expensive.

It seems to be dose dependent if we're going by the literature available.
Expensive? You can get a hundred 500mg tablets for 24$ at inhouse.
