I noticed you use a shampoo that has sodium laureth sulfate in it (the bain densite one). Isn't SLS bad for hair?

It's not that big of a deal. It can increase inflammation a bit if you have a very sensitive scalp, I don't.

Hi Swiss, I appreciate what you're doing for the mpb community, you are great. I read earlier how you said accutane increases PGD2. I took it about 4 years ago receded a bit after. Would it still be causing additional hairloss 4 years later? Does it stay in the system that long to continue this?

No it only has a half life of 24 hours.

Hi Swiss! Is there a point in taking Fin + Seti together?

Yes. Seti is experimental. Don't drop fin if it's working for you.

Why Seti should be applied topically and not orally? In theory if you take it orally you'd lose 50% by excretion but how much are you losing my applying it topically? It'd stay in hairs and stuff.

Use a pipette and slowly drip it straight onto the scalp. That way you don't waste it in your hair.
Topically is better because you are directly delivering the seti to your scalp so it inhibits the pgd2 exactly where you want it. Oral disperses it in your entire body.

Hi Swiss. Do you think dinoprostone gel requires a vehicle for topical absorption?

Dinprostone is only 350 dalton so it should easily pass through the skin if applied there. I'm not sure what the gel consists of exactly but I doubt it will hinder absorption much. If in doubt you can always add a bit of ethanol to make it penetrate more and get rid of some of the viscosity.

Hello Swiss.Firstly congratulations on the amazing progress and thank you for all the information you have shared..I wanted your thoughts on taking niacin besides the important stuff mentioned in your protocol. There is confusing info about niacin increasing PGD2...Is niacin good or bad for hair?

Thank you I'm very happy with it so far.
The so called niacin flush is actually caused by PGD2 that is correct. It also lasts about 30-50 minutes which is exactly the half life of pgd2. So yes niacin is not beneficial. But getting a niacin flush once a day is different from having your scalp permanently expressing pgd2 24/7. I would not use it personally unless you have a good reason for it.

Hi Swiss I made good experience in rising up Omega 3 levels by consuming fish, linseed in order to lower micro inflammation in Body tissue. It woks, itching has gone. Rising up ECA, DGLA rivals AA which reduces PGD2 in benefit too. But actually it also lowers PGE2, so is Omega 3 actually shitty?

You actually can't influence prostaglandin expression much by diet alone. The expression of PTGDS for example (which turns PGH2 into PGD2) will just convert other fats into PGH2 if there's not enough of it. The only way to really influence that is with chemical substances such as PTGDS inhibitors. But no, it's ok to keep taking your omega3 if you like it. It's not a big deal overall.

It seems like onions are also capable of mimicing PGE2 (http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/009069808590142X) and since onions contain quercetin which suppresses cox you could have low pgd2 and high pge2 effects, right? Would it be a good idea to rub onion juice to the head then? :D

Yeah haha I actually saw this study before. The problem is they juiced something like 20kg of onions and then further distilled that juice to come up with only a few micrograms of pge2 and pgf2a mimicking substances. A good dose for hair growth would be around 100mcg/ml so that's way too low.
I don't want to say this but the guy saying there's pge2 and pgf2a in sperm is actually right, and it's more than in those onions. But plese please don't do it lol. We can't be that desperate. :D

How long after putting castor oil on my scalp can I wash my hair?

Let it sit for at least an hour. More would be better.
I recently noticed when I just apply a small film of castor it gets absorbed almost completely and I don't even have to wash my hair afterwards.

Swiss, why are you banned from all the forums? Is it just because of the group buy conflicts? How can we be sure you're not a scammer or won't ask for money down the line or referral fees/cuts from any group buys? We all obviously want to believe your results and replicate them!!

First of all that's a lie. I was banned from 3 forums because they did not want any groupbuys to be held anymore. I'm fine with that. How the fuck am I scamming you you psycho. I write this entire blog for free, I spend 1.5 hours every single day on here answering questions for free. Are you off of your fucking meds? Do you see me selling you an ebook for 20$ called "my prostaglandin protocol"? No I put it right here on the blog all for free. GET A GRIP. I have a real life job, I make my money with HONEST work. I am not selling you anything now, not in the future, not ever. So fuck off you paranoid asshole. I even try to find alternatives to seti/pge2 so that people DO NOT have to join groupbuys to replicate my method. Seriously go and kill yourself you ungrateful shit.

As you are inhibiting the receptor that pgd2 binds to, you are left with excess unbound pgd2, as you may be aware. What are the effects of this? I know a couple people in medicine and biochem, and they say this carries potential issues.

PGD2 does not accumulate. Its half life is only about 30 minutes.

Is it possible that, in ask.fm/swisstemples, we (general public) can do questions and they appear publicly regardeless you answer it or not? (although you have answered all my questions so far). ty keep up

No there is no option for that. They only show up when I answer them.

Do you think seti could substitute finasteride when/if comes to market? It's always speculation but I would like to know your opinion. TY

Yes

I want to get rid of minoxidil because of the side effects but I do not want to get the massive shedding you would normally expect when quitting minox. Do you think castor oil could replace it because it increases pge2 production just like minoxidil?

Castor oil does not increase pge2 production it has pseudo pge2 mimetic effects. I doubt castor alone will keep you from the shed. Real pge2 might.

Is there any way I can contact the diffuse thinner using your approach? Diffuse thinners require more since they have more area to cover. I would like to know how he's doing your regime.

You can join the forum and send him a pm there. Send me an email so I can invite you swisstemples@gmail.com

Does drinking coffee inhibits pgd2 and pde2?

You'd have to be a pretty big coffee junkie to achieve that. Yes slightly but nowhere near as bad as topical caffeine for example.

If I have never tried Fin (scared of sides), would Seti be an appropriate replacement to Fin in terms of maintainence? (for less sides) . Do we know the right dosage of Seti to be able to bring us the maintainence as Fin does? Thanks a lot for your nice attitude to people!

Yes it would. In fact that's why Kythera is bringing it to the market, because some people can't take fin.
We don't know the exact dosage. I suggest using it topically for now. I take 10mg orally for good measure just in case it ends up being a low dose.

Hei swiss, thank you very much for sharing your results with us. Do you reckon OC + pge2 + some sort of wounding alone would yield any results, given that many of us can't handle AA for sh*t (and we don't yet know for certain if/how well seti works)? Thanks and good luck!

Yes that sounds fine. Add in some LiCL and you're good.

What do you think its more important (considering budget restrictions), seti or pge2 powder? About Seti, you take 10mg orally but how do you prepare/apply it topically? Are there GB of lower amounts of seti or pge2 (considering that there should be more people interested now, thanks to you)? TY

It's kind of equally important. Seti unlocks that shitty pgd2 suppression that keeps you from growing and pge2 actually does the growing. That's like picking between soil and water when trying to grow a plant.
No, GB quantities are pretty fix. PHG isn't a store so it only offers the stuff at whatever minimum amount the factory will produce.
