Wanted your opinion on fin vs. dut. Anecdotally, it seems people do better with dut. Do you think one is better in efficacy and/or side effect profile? I haven't tried either yet...any logic in just going straight to dut? Thanks man
Almost everyone at PHG switched over to Dut and seems to have less or no sides from it compared to fin. Better results too. Yeah I would go straight to dut now.

I started oral castor oil and topical to my temples and frontal hairline about 5 days ago. Yesterday and today I have noticed pretty excessive shedding, and I think it seems mostly from the front. Coincidence, or do you think from the castor? If it is from the castor, is this bad and should I stop?
I highly doubt it's the castor because PGE2 increases anagen.
ST, thanks for all your work. Apologies if this has been asked already but with 400+ questions answered and no search function.... how do you sterilize your scalp before wounding? I put my roller in rubbing alcohol and then dab some of the same on cotton and apply to scalp. thanks
I have sterile alcohol wipes. They're very cheap at the drug store.

Niacin does not "flush out" pgd2 it actually causes a pgd2 flush. It's detrimental. Do not use.
Do you expect to have full thin coverage on the temples or a nice thickness that won't show any scalp?
I expect to get my juvenile hairline back. Looks like that's happening anyway.

Aim for at least 2 hours. Yes less of it will penetrate.

Sure but why bother? Castor has almost no taste and it's cheap.

Both. But it would be best to combine that with increased PGE2 or PGF2a of course.

Yes that's fine VPA isn't very fragile.

I'm not a fan of rollers but if you want to get one instead of a dermapen then I recommend the ones from owndoc.

Your protocol is giving excellent results, but It's a little tricky for those who aren't used to mixing things. For instance , how do you apply vpa with stemox? how do you mix them? You mentioned castor oil with DMSO, how you mix it? I know you are a smart guy, are you taking medical advice? ty
7% vpa mixed in stemox. That easy. :D
If you don't know how to use DMSO then you shouldn't use it at all. Just go with normal castor and leave it in longer or add DMI or ethanol for better penetration. Medical advice for what? I look up what I need on my own and there's a few guys on PHG with doctorates.

What do you think about RU58841?
It's good but you need to get it from a reliable source. Hellouser for example had no results with Kane RU, but he had insane results from PHG RU. Maybe you saw his progress thread and how to guide? Those results are all from PHG stuff. Unlike Kane PHG is not for profit and it's just a bunch of users. We also make sure to third party test EVERY single batch to make sure we don't get fucked over. You never know with china.
I read on your blog about that private forum with users combing a variety of left field treatments, Tb500 being one of them, I have been scalp injecting this on and off for the past couple of years with some results while using, what is your opinion on this as a treatment, and what were other users?
I've used tb4/tb500 too about two years ago. Great stuff. Pigmented some of my vellus and made them grow longer. I needed at least 10mg/week though. Thankfully I bought 80mg from the groupbuy relatively cheap or I could not have afforded it. No doubt tb4 could be a great drug if it was less obscure and easier to get. I love the energy and overall feeling it gave me as well. And it healed a nagging shoulder injury I had at the time.
Hi Swiss.. great job man..:-) wanted to ask what your definition of "maintain" is.. Seti is said to "maintain" hair but not regrow. Im an all over diffuser with mucho transplants over the last 25 years., however now i can feel my hair cycle growing shorter. Will Seti help my 2-3" hairs grow longer.
Thanks. Maintain? Well that's when you're not losing hair anymore of course. Yes seti will make your hairs grow longer. PGD2/PGJ2 induce catagen.

Well that's up to them. There's nothing in this for me so I don't -need- people to listen to me. I just feel I should share my results with the people at large. I know I would've killed for something like this back in the day.

What percentage of Lithium chloride did you use? I saw a guy on hairlosshelp who used 3% claimed he lost a lot of hair from using it topically.
Yeah 3% is too much. 10mg/ml is what I recommend, and only once a week, no more. You have to combine the licl with rolling. On it's own it's not that good. And with higher doses and daily use you can inhibit hair growth. So we need to use it at most once a week and when it's of the highest use to us - directly after wounding.
How is the diffuse thinner on PHG doing?
Pretty good from what I hear. The oral castor is making his beard and head grow in. But his back also lol.
