Hi, I'm generally new to this topic, I read through your blog, though I don't understand much for the time being :) I have practically the same hair condition you have (had :)) and my dermatologist suggested using Finasteride (i am on minox for the last year, not sure if it helps or not - but

(will reply to your continuation)

What is the PGE2 powder, that your are using, and where can it be purchased?

You can't purchase PGE2 powder it's only available to companies or through a groupbuy. :/

Hi Swiss which seller do you use on ebay for your castor oil.?. there's tons of em :-)

I forgot. It was some guy in the UK. Sold 10 liters for about 20£.

Do you think a mixture of minox + stemox + castor oil would work or do these things not like each other?

Since minox and stemox both exist as several different products it's hard to say. However the original versions which are mostly alcohol based should not at all be a problem.

Hi Swiss, Thanks for posting your blog. You wrote that we have to do/use four things. I cant find them all. 1.Castor Oil oral&topical (how often?), 2. 1,5mm Dermarolling 1x/w (or how often?) 3.? 4.? ... What's up with LiCl to? Amplifies the effect and how it is used? Is it non-toxic? What is VPA?

There are four angles that need to be taken care of. How you do that is up to you and since people have different finances and means to get some substances I can't make a plan for you personally. I typed up some of the choices in the new "what to buy and use" section. Just have your picks from there.
LiCl is for progenitor cell stimulation and it acts as a strong WNT agonist too.
Yes it is non toxic in small amounts. People used it as salt replacement back in the day but they found that several grams a day IS toxic. So don't go above 5-10mg/ml once a week.

Do you think supplementing with vitamin e may be another beneficial option in the ghetto protocol? http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/15753187/

Hi. Cool find, glad to see others researching as well.
Since it works by AA release it will also raise pgd2 in theory. This is just a way to get more AA which is a precursor to both through PGH2. Not really beneficial.

Here is my story .My hair loss started in14.All doctors said that it was "genetics" but i dont believe that 14 years old by lose hair due to the dht. I use lotion whic reduce pgd2 and use castor oil.Do you have any suggestion https://www.baldtruthtalk.com/threads/21243-End-of-the-Road-in-19?highligh

It doesn't look like normal androgenic alopecia but there are people who do get it that early. Killing pgd2 is the better choice no doubt. Because if you don't have MPB inhibiting pgd2 will still benefit you.
Yes add castor to your regime. At least. Consider the other parts too.

Applying topicals always wrecks my hair aesthetics , is it possible for stemoxydine to work orally?

NO absolutely not! Stemox creates hypoxia in tissue it comes in contact with. Topical ONLY.

Do you know if long term Castor Oil (1 ml a day) can have serious negative effects on your body? Would you take it for years?

Yes it will turn you into a hairy ape :D
Other than that it's fine at 1ml a day.

genius work, ST! i read on a forum that peppermint oil has an anti androgen effect, similar to minoxidil. do you happen to know anything about that? also can you tell me if it needs a vehicle for application in order to penetrate through the skin?

Yes it does in fact it's included in the new section "what to buy and use". I plan to make a wiki in the future with more detailed substance profiles. Well I'm not sure if it needs a vehicle because I'm not sure which ingredient in the peppermint oil is doing the work. And we need to know it's molecular weight to decide if it needs a vehicle to penetrate or not. I guess just try using it raw for now.

Do you think something like a DMSO scalp peel to reverse fibrosis is needed before starting the PG protocol?

I did that, yes. Necessary? Not really, the needling itself will break up fibrosis. But if you've got serious fibrosis yes why not help those follicles out a bit.

Hey Swiss, What do you think of Ray Peat's and Danny Roddy's advice http://www.amazon.com/Hair-Like-Fox-Bioenergetic-Pattern-ebook/dp/B00GYX6QXC to take grams of Aspirin a day, with their lower PUFA protocol, to heat up the metabolism - when Aspirin has been shown to substantially lower PGE2?

Absolutely ridiculous. Aspirin will kill your PGE2 as well. And lack of PGE2 is just as deadly as overexpression of PGD2. As demonstrated by the germans for example with their Certirizine experiment.
In fact aspirin is so strong it can even inhibit your muscle growth after training. Yes muscle growth is in part mediated by PGE2.

Have you had any shedding (like minox) from any pieces of your ghetto protocol?

None. But I did make the sunburns a bit too intense a few times which made me shed skin. And there were some hairs attached to the shed skin. :D

Where could I go to find more information on the group buys that you were a part of for seti and pge2? Also I know you've discussed LiCl but I want to make sure I'm getting the right stuff..http://www.ebay.ca/itm/NC-4851-Lithium-Chloride-100g-Red-Flame-Color-/271568615541 <-- is it that?

Well on PHG, but we're having some problems with people joining only to sabotage our plans and we obviously can't have that. They're working on a new system to weed out scammers. Possibly with forced 5$ donation with confirmed paypal account. That way people can't sign up again after getting banned.
Yes that's LiCl

What do you think about sodium cromoglycate and PGD2?

Cromo is actually a pretty strong pge2 inhibitor too. We experimented with it a few years ago. No results.

Hi sorry, ignore last question I found an old post where you showed your vehicle for seti. My question then is how did you source these ingredients? How long does each batch last? How to calculate 5% strength exactly? A guide would be excellent, but a response would help too :)

DMSO from Biovea. DMI from a groupbuy (sold at lotioncrafter.com too though, but much more expensive). 98% ethanol smuggled back from Slovenia a few years ago.
I make weekly batches and I use a miligram scale to measure the amount.

Master, what do you think of Emu Oil as a PGE2 agonist? Could it be complementary to Castor Oil or would it be just overlapping its effects?

I have not read anything about emu oil containing a pge2 agonist. Send me the link if you got it. To my knowledge it is not.

Do you plan on creating a guide on preparing a topical formulation of setipiprant? I was just about to buy some off someone who has a bit left over, but then I heard from Hellouser that it doesn't dissolve in Ethanol. Kane says otherwise but as we know he's a bit of a cheat. I don't know what to do

If you're buying from Kane don't expect it to work. He's been busted selling fake RU and fake CB before. It dissolves up to about 3% in ethanol alone. With some additives it goes to 5%.
I don't know if I'm gonna make a guide for mixing, we at PHG are looking into newer, cheaper and more powerful pgd2 blockers right now. One from Pulmagen and one from Actelion. They're likely going to be better candidates in the future.

Hi, been searching for stemox. Which product to you use? I see stemox offered by loreal which is quite expensive. There is this serioxyl stemoxydine 5% neohesperidin from loreal too. Is is a viable stemox source? Thanks

I have the original l'oreal plastic cap ones. You can use whatever. Redken Cerafil for example seems to be the cheapest.

First, thank you so much for what you're doing and sharing ! I am tempted to complete your protocol but I am wondering if it could work on vertex Nwd 5 hairless for 5 or 6 years? I know that the only way to know is to test but I would like to read about your views about it ? Thanks

Hey no prob. Yeah there's no difference. I've been hairless in my temples for longer than that. :D

Heya swiss would Castor oil taken orally and topically taken alone be beneficial? or is it advised to do the Dermarolling once a week with LiCL as well?

Yes it will be beneficial on its own as well. But I highly doubt you will regrow hair on bald areas.

Can you post a link of the LiCL you use so I can buy it? Don't want to buy the wrong one and risk my health. Thank you Swissssss

The seller doesn't have it listed anymore.
