Well idk it could both ways but this isn't a topic I'm very strong on. Obviously if only police and military were allowed to have guns there would be less violence, but the idea of the US is for us to have freedom. The government always trades a little bit of our freedom for order. I guess this is just one of those cases where our freedom to own guns > order.

I agree with that tbh, but I know alot of people who party in college the first year because it's an escape. Like you've been so loyal to home and u Its your first time away so you get freedom and independence and won't get in trouble
