My prayers feel very repetitive, it's only once in a while when I truly feel led that I pray on other things as well that I would not have initially thought of but every other day I feel like I'm saying the same things :(
aww bless you, i can relare to how u feel.. at times we want things to happen and for God to not forget what we have prayed for so we tune ourselves to keep on praying it. but it says in matthew 6:7 - but when ye pray use not vain repititions as the heathen do for they think that they shall be heard for their much talking.
sometimes all it takes is a few words to be heard not words upon words too much talk doesnt always get heard. this to me also says that God knows everything about us He doesnt forget anything and knows our needs so we need to trust in Him to meet our needs at His set timing.

pray for God to grant u a praying tongue and communicate with him more so that its not like a robot routine of i must always pray this i must always say this let it flow..

God can communicate with us in soo many ways He is not limited to the ways.. whether in dreams, visions, through experiences and more especially through people. because He is not here in the flesh He will always send ppl our way after His own heart to confirm things and pass on messages to us. but He will work on you to be able to receive the word hence why i sent the above the scriptures.. to be able to be in the position to receive a word from Him

Thank u very much ..yeah I sort of had a confirmation ..my pastor and someone else had a dream about me which was quite similar. I'm just scared, not scared like that ..but I don't want to do something God doesn't want me to do. Thank you so much ..I will def check out the blogs x

i know what u mean and was scared to for the thought of messing up what God wanted me to, fears of public speaking u name it i was scared because it was out of the comfort zone i always knew and didnt think i was good enough so all doubt and fear crept in..
but sweetie once you get confirmations and it aligns with what you believe and know to do as Gods calling over your life leave such thoughts behind because those thoughts arent of God but the enemy trying to hold u back
keep praying too itll all become even more clear soon xxxx

so i was doing a piece of writing one evening in september 2013 and i heard a voice speak the words lisa you are meant to be in ministry your calling is in ministry.. looking around no one was there and it was just me with this voice echoing. i shrugged it off didnt believe how i as broken i was was called to help women.. overtime i got confirmation in different ways one way was a dream a girl had of me speaking to many women holding a microphone, another from my dad of me speaking to many women, another from a male friend who had dreams about me in ministry and a vision at church and a dream that i had also of me speaking to many holding a microphone. so u see God had called me but because of fear and doubt i shrugged it off and in more ways than one he showed me in different ppl why it was so and i began to connect the dots
i then began to come into my own in ministry and all of a sudden i was planning things and the confirmations were still coming and i accepted and started to do the work as He worked on me. ministry turned into my life and it was all i ever and still want to do and with that my desires connected to it
u see sis when God calls you He will always show confirmations through others, dreams visions experiences u name it. if u strongly believe its God act on it and He will equip you and if its own desires youll just know with time its not of him because you know yourself and what u want but it may not be what God wants for u its a process.
