After Natalia finally told her name to Elena, A small smile appeared on Elena's soft pinky lips, Stefan didn't tell about Damon before, cause he didn't want Elena to meet him for sure, but he told about Natalia, that he had a sister before to Elena, so she kinda knew about Natalia, at least she knew that she was Stefan's one and only sister.
