صح الحياة أبسط مما احنا نتخيلها لكن ايضا الكلام اسهل من العمل وسمينا بإنسان نسبة للنسيان الكل يعرف انه ذكر الله سبحانه يبعد الهم و يجلب الخير لكن ننسى نتدبر في معاني الكون ثم في نقطة ثانية و هي ان بعض انواع الإكتئاب تتطلب تدخل المختصين و المعالج الاجتماعي الواحد بس لازم يذكر نفسه بالنعمة و يحمدربه و يسمح لنفسه انه تنزل دمعته لأنه الكبت يسبب الانفجار و خوش سؤال :)
