What did you actually think of the way ESL organised ESL NY? too much people talking shit and wanted a legit opinion from a pro player perspective

ESL is an event that has a lot of things going for them but they also always miss out on details that makes their events not run smoothly. I can see that tournaments have all been trying and things are changing positively.

What was your intent/what were you thinking about or going through when you use steam names like "me" and "soul"? I honestly like these "be yourself" type things that you and Arteezy have been doing. Anyway, I like what I've seen from Team Secret so far and I'll be cheering for you guys.

Just some words that remind me of how I want to change.

How was your first lan tournament in which you are not the captain? How is Puppey calling the shots? Is it hard for you listen to another captain? Especially when you know he was doing the wrong call...

In terms of preparation I did my utmost like I've always done for picks. In terms of in game shot calling, I've stepped down a lot which is nice. PPY will captain us under pressure situations which is something that I always felt like was up to me in all previous teams. Honestly though the atmosphere on this team is just more calm and there is less calls/chatter in general and people just play which is how it should be.

why was the reason u lost ESL?? internal problems?

Nah, honestly Vega has something going for them and they are very scary with their picks/style of play. There are a lot of improvements in play we can have for our team right now but if we wanted to win ESL NY with our current skill/understanding of the game we had to have tried harder to prepare for the match.
I felt like we tried much harder to prepare for cdec/fnatic than we did for the finals.
This might just be bitterness but I do feel like had it been a bo5 we would have taken the last two games.
